Mailani Benjamin is a seasoned entrepreneur and software delivery leader who partners with founders, executive teams, and growing businesses to modernize internal systems, streamline operations, and build infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. As Founder and Principal of CloutOps Technology Firm, she focuses on legacy system modernization, workforce initiatives, and training platforms, helping clients make sound technology decisions and translate operational needs into durable systems.
Her career began in hands-on technical delivery, leading front-end development and web-based systems for small businesses and growing companies across education, behavioral health, and service sectors. That technical foundation evolved into product ownership and delivery leadership, translating business requirements into clear technical direction and guiding execution across distributed teams.

Where appropriate, she supports the responsible integration of AI into operational workflows, ensuring automation strengthens processes without compromising governance or accountability.
Today, she leads software delivery at CloutOps with an emphasis on alignment and longevity, helping clients replace fragmented tools and rebuild infrastructure that holds up through growth and change.

Carlos Limardo

Carlos Limardo is an expert software architect and engineering leader with over two decades of experience building high-performance web and mobile ecosystems. As Chief Technology Officer of CloutOps, he directs the firm’s technical strategy, specializing in helping organizations bridge the gap between legacy infrastructure and modern, scalable design systems. His approach is rooted in ensuring that every technical solution balances long-term security and stability with a seamless experience for developers, operators, and consumers alike.
His career is built on a foundation of technical excellence, ranging from leading responsive mobile initiatives for global brands to architecting the core systems of industry-leading platforms. For over a decade, Carlos has held pivotal roles at iCIMS—the world's second-largest Talent Acquisition SaaS provider. As a Principal Software Engineer, he spearheaded the creation and governance of the organization's React-based component libraries and Node.js application frameworks, providing the foundational tools used by hundreds of in-house developers and contractors to serve thousands of global customers.

Beyond his enterprise contributions, Carlos’s leadership extends into mission-driven digital spaces. He serves as the Director of Technology for LEVEL (levelman.com), a platform established in 2019 that serves high-quality content to grown Black men looking to elevate and embrace the best versions of themselves. In this capacity, he ensures the platform's technical health and digital features support its mission of providing a premium community experience.
At CloutOps, Carlos focuses on translating complex organizational requirements into intuitive technical architectures that empower users rather than complicating their workflows. He is a frequent voice in the technical community, representing high-level vision at conferences and workshops while maintaining a focus on modernizing infrastructure to meet the demands of tomorrow.
