As the visionary of the company, she guides the strategic direction of CloutOps and shapes solutions that merge technical capability with a deep understanding of institutional workflows. Her leadership centers on strengthening the operational and learning systems that educational and training organizations rely on every day.
Her work focuses on translating complex processes into clear and dependable software solutions that support administrators, educators, and learners. For more than ten years, she has served as the bridge between product owners and technical teams, partnering with clients locally and internationally and guiding projects from early concept to implementation. Her approach is grounded in research, human centered design, and a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that each system reflects the real world needs of the people who use it.
Mailani has long operated at the intersection of strategy and execution, often collaborating with global development teams to bring clarity and structure to technical projects. This experience informed her vision for CloutOps and her commitment to building an in house team capable of delivering consistent, scalable, and mission aligned technology. Carlito Limardo is the CTO of CloutOps Technology Firm, bringing two decades of experience in software engineering, product architecture, and modern system design. He leads the technical vision of the firm by building scalable, efficient, and future ready platforms that align institutional goals with strong engineering foundations. His leadership is grounded in performance, structure, and collaboration, ensuring every solution is built with clarity and long term reliability in mind.
He specializes in design system architecture and React component libraries, and his career includes developing frameworks, tools, and platforms that help engineering and design teams work with greater consistency and speed. In addition to his work at CloutOps, he serves as Principal Software Engineer at a national recruitment and workforce platform company, where he has spent the last decade leading AI integration initiatives, developer productivity programs, and design system governance.
Carlito’s work focuses on transforming complex technical requirements into stable, secure, and intuitive systems that support administrators, educators, and learners across diverse environments. His expertise ensures that every client product is built with the scalability, precision, and forward thinking architecture required to evolve and perform for years to come.
